Who are we?
We, Nick & Maddi, host flexible rentals for working professionals, couples, groups and families on a short-term basis in Newquay. Our property is a unique Victorian home to experience, with surf-inspired décor - often at a lower cost per person than most hotels.

We are a couple with extensive experience across the tourism industry in Cornwall, working alongside multiple high-end hotels & holiday companies including Watergate Bay, Beach Retreats & Bedruthan Steps.
Our property management portfolio included a multi-million pound beach-side residence which we looked after for over three years; during our careers we have met, worked with & welcomed hundreds of holiday-makers to the county.
