Nick and I have been living in Cornwall together for more than 13 years and have a wealth of experience across the tourism industry.

Collectively, we have worked with some of the most renowned hotels and accommodation providers in the county. We also proudly property managed a multi-million pound beach front holiday home in Mawgan Porth for three years, living on site, managing staff and visitors.

We are proud to be a connected part of the Newquay community. We love sharing our knowledge of the area and our property expertise, which is how Locationist came to be.

We currently property manage our Palm Haven property on a short-term rental basis - a restored Victorian 2-bed house with surf-inspired décor and modern luxury. Based in St Column Minor, it’s ideally located a 20-min walk away from Porth Beach and a 5 min drive from Newquay, whilst being in a tranquil village setting close to walks and nature.

Nick is also an ex-pro surfer, who has been surfing for over 30 years. He’s always willing to share his intel on the best spots around!
